Sometimes, you just need some chips and salsa, and this is the most convenient place to get some near the Colorado Convention Center.

What to get: Literally anything in the Street Tacos category.

You might go for the bites and drinks, but you’ll definitely stay for the sunset view from the Hyatt Regency’s 27th floor.

What to get: The Colorado Lamb Meatballs are savory whether you’re sharing or not.

So fresh. So tasty. This restaurant is where you break out the napkin bib and spring for a dozen oysters. If you can swing it, schedule your working dinner here.

What to get: This is where you get super-fresh oysters.
