Over the years, they’ve wrapped up fundraising functions benefiting K-12 schools, youth community groups, university organizations, community gardens, and food and sustainable agriculture groups dedicating 50% of sales to worthy causes.
With so many franchises and fundraising requests nationally, store manages wrestled with a storm of logistical hassles prepping for events. Chipotle reached out to VOLTAGE to streamline the process. We transformed the system, making it easy and intuitive.
The three-level reporting feature now includes store, market-wide, and company-wide features allowing managers and supervisors to see fundraising progress. The revamped calendar view means managers easily view scheduled dates. Also, the applications send notices to managers’ phones with upcoming event reminders.
Perhaps the most important feature upgrade is the program’s ability to grow. Integrated with “Chip” support, another Chipotle application, it’s built on a cloud architecture and designed for scalability, meaning that as the Chipotle franchise grows, the application will nimbly keep up.
