Yesterday, our own Laura Steele sat down with nearly a dozen other digital agency leaders for a BizWest Roundtable. The discussion focused on the tension between staying on top of technology and investing in long-term creative strategy.

We are using creative to gain a client’s trust, and once we get that, we help them solve technological problems.
